  • Check in P & D drivers by promptly scanning through paperwork and identifying and reconciling all errors accordingly.
  • Cooperates with others and willingly puts forth effort to achieve Company goals.
  • Establishes and maintains a good working relationship with fellow team members.
  • Perform administrative/clerical functions, including but not limited to, maintaining files, imaging, answering phones and data entry
  • Provide accurate information and assistance to customers, by entering pick-up and/or delivery needs, problem resolution, entering special handling requirements and promoting company services
  • Assist customers via phone, e-mail and/or fax in all inquiries via tracing shipments, rate quotes, tariff discrepancies, etc.
  • Communicate with sales, operations and other service centers and/or departments to ensure customer’s needs are achieved and all issues are resolved
  • Reconcile and clear all OS&D freight daily with proper follow up to the customer
  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year customer service experience in logistics environment preferred
  • Strong interpersonal Skills
  • Strong Data entry with the ability to multi- tasked
  • Goal oriented
  • Hours/shifts may vary
  • Must be able to grow and adapt to a changing environment

    Job Duties:

  • Transport equipment between third party warehouses.
  • Ensure shag truck and trailers are kept in safe working order by conducting required pre-trip inspections.
  • Responsible for the safety and security of company equipment.
  • Communicates with dispatch personnel to indicate when/where trailers are located.
  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma.
  • Must possess a Class A CDL
  • Doubles Endorsement, Tanker Endorsement, and Hazmat Endorsement within 90 days of employment.
  • Minimum of 2 years verifiable tractor/trailer safe driving experience.
  • Knowledge of DOT Regulations.
